Kabbalah teaches us that all the figures in the Torah are reflections of parts of ourselves. In this experiential journey, we will connect with and receive inspiration from Shechinah (the Divine feminine) and our female ancestors from the Torah.

In each class...
- We will learn about a matriarch from Torah, including her essential qualities and her connection to Shechinah.
- I will lead us in a meditation to connect with her and with the Divine Feminine.
- As a way to deepen and integrate our meditation experience, I will guide you in a creative exercise using pen or markers and paper. No creative skill or talent is necessary.
- There is time to share about our experience and our creative expression if we are moved to.
